Katelyn Mackay is a Registered Psychotherapist (#17254) and member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. With a compassionate and personalized approach, Katelyn provides a secure environment for clients to explore and navigate their emotional landscapes, thoughts, and life experiences. Using a variety of therapeutic techniques, she assists clients in achieving personal growth, emotional well-being, and mental clarity.

Cultivating an attunement to your inner landscape and emotional experience is pivotal to finding ways to choose your emotional response and reducing emotional overwhelm. Katelyn works to help clients learn to recognize their feelings as they come up, extend themselves compassion, and find ways to respond to their experience that allows them to move through their feelings with support.
